Dr Robyn is a former competitive beach volleyball player turned psychologist with continuing education in nutrition. She is the author of three books, including the latest, How to Feed a Human, she is a TEDx speaker and has been coaching executives and business owners to achieve their peak success for the more than a decade. Most recently she co-founded the Whole Food Muscle Club, the plant-based program for all fitness levels and has added all things food, fasting and fitness to her coaching to help her clients get even more out of their potential.
