If you’re struggling with inflammation the first thing you need to do (if you haven’t already) is remove dairy from your diet, followed closely by eliminating all animal products.
There are a couple of foods you can add to your diet that will help with inflammation:
1 cup of white button mushrooms a day, preferably cooked. We don’t eat mushrooms at this level. But we put them in many of our cooked dishes.
1 teaspoon of turmeric with a pinch of black pepper a day. We add this to our oatmeal every day (except fasting days since we don’t eat oatmeal those days). Adding the black pepper (which you can’t even taste) helps make the turmeric more bio-available.
Other good herbs include: cloves, ginger, and rosemary.
