This is a topic that we have been researching for awhile. Dr Greger has said yes. But it looks like the science doesn’t actually support that. This academic talk by Dr Tim Radak is a dense look at the science. His conclusion is that we shouldn’t use people eating an omnivore diet as a reference point and that we don’t need to take DHA supplements.
