Every human has cells that don’t replicate correctly. The difference between them turning into cancer or not depends on your body’s ability to detect and kill those cells. The vast majority of the time (upwards of 99.9%) your body does that perfectly. But you can support its success by feeding it foods that help rather than hinder the process.
