      Orange juice is super yummy because it is concentrated (natural) sugar (and calories). Hence our bodies love it! But sadly, that is not how food is found in nature so it’s not great for us. Another thing to consider is how OJ companies manipulate “orange juice.” That’s why they all taste different. They use a thing called a “flavor packet.” I don’t remember the details, but suffice to say, if you REALLY want to drink OJ, squeeze it yourself. Certainly not as good for you as eating the fruit. But better than anything you can pour out of a bottle.

      Ideally, just eat the orange. That way you get all the nutrients and fiber, just like nature intended.
