That depends on how hardcore you go. If you’re all-in 100%, your blood work and weight will change in as little as 7 days. We started out at about 75% and we both lost 15 pounds in 10 weeks. That’s a little better than a pound a week. And we noticed a difference in our we felt a lot sooner than that. Even if you’re in the process of moving towards being more plant-based, if you’re adding plants in the place of animal products and processed foods, we would be shocked if you didn’t see any difference in 14 days.
