This is an interesting look at the move from vegan and all of the baggage that term carries to being plant-based and even whole-food plant-based. Be warned though – food companies are starting to notice and use “plant-based” on their packaging. And as we know, if it’s made for corporate profit, it is unlikely to be good for our health. Always look at the ingredients. You’ll be shocked how often you will find dairy and eggs in products labeled “plant-based.”
