We do not recommend supplements (unregulated industry), instead we recommend getting Omega-3 from plants such as flax seed. Additionally, when we stop eating processed “foods” our intake of Omega-6 drops to a healthier level and we don’t need to be so worried about balancing it out with high amounts of Omega-3.
