Note – you can change the speed of YouTube videos by clicking on the settings wheel in the bottom right corner. That is a great trick when you’re trying to learn the steps.
Qigong (Similar to tai chi. I use it for cool downs, to get out of my office chair in the afternoons or to unwind in the evenings)

https://youtu.be/a9vL6BsgkPg?list=PLobVOHPt1jI-gcNYx4YIkneUpa5oBGIjM – you can do this with or without dumbbells. If pushups on the floor don’t work for you, do them against a wall or the counter.

One frustration, she keeps switching between standing and on the floor. But you can use it for ideas and then do the standing ones together and then the floor ones together. I particularly like the “swimming” ones.

I do walking lunges, take the stairs two at a time and do squats. I also like this routine, although I tend to slow it down to 75% so it’s not quite so hard on my knees and I skip the parts where they have their hands flat against the floor (I can’t do that due to a cyst on my wrist).
Again, slow these down until you know the steps. Otherwise it can be frustrating and you’ll feel like you can’t do it and quit.

I have to modify some of these because of my wrist. But overall, it’s a good workout.
