Hi! We eat organic steel cut oats. Organic rolled oats are a good second choice. You can find the steel cut oats we use on the Shop page.
If oats aren’t your thing, you can also eat quinoa (also on the Shop page) as a hot cereal. Rice and beans also work.
The biggest challenge we find people have is getting stuck on what “breakfast food” is. Reality – you can eat anything for breakfast, the more whole food starch the better.
