Yes! In some cases frozen is better than fresh. If your “fresh” foods had to travel from another country, they are hardly fresh by the time you get them. A plant starts losing nutrients as soon as it is pick. Fruits and veggies are usually frozen within hours of harvest. So all the good stuff gets locked inside.
We regularly use frozen peas, corn, cauliflower, broccoli, squash, blueberries, raspberries, mangoes, cherries, and pineapple. If you can get them organic, bonus!
