That is an interesting question with several pieces to address.
First – if you always feel hungry you aren’t eating enough. Increase your intake of fruits and veggies (low calorie density if you are concerned about weight gain) and starches and grains (higher calorie density if you are at your ideal weight and don’t want to lose).
Second – if you are “craving” meat you may need higher fat intake. Increase nuts/seeds/avocado.
Third – There is no known safe level of meat consumption. Does that mean, “no you should never?” That is a personal choice. Some people choose to smoke “socially” even though they know the risks. Of course it is a slippery slope from, “Just once a week” to “Just every day.” It’s not a choice I would make. But it is up to the individual how much risk of cancer, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol they are willing to make their body deal with.
