We don’t use oil (it is a processed food, high in calories and fat and has zero nutritional value). HOWEVER, I would not suggest that you try to give up meat, dairy, eggs, processed foods (including oil) and sugar all at once. It’s too much. It took us 8-9 months to get where we are now. Be patient with yourself and make small changes you can stick to.
